Kratie Cambodia clinker cement production line case reference

Engineering design management

1.5 million t/a clinker cement production line in Kratie, Cambodia

A completed design project where SINOTECE handled engineering design management and drawing review.

Our Design Center was responsible for engineering design management and drawing review for this project. Professor-level Senior Engineers and Senior Engineers served as professional project managers or drawing approval specialists, with multiple reviewers assigned across process, structural, electrical and architectural disciplines to support delivery progress and drawing quality.

Design management

Engineering design management coordinated project delivery, discipline review and drawing control.

Senior technical review

Senior technical experts supported project management and drawing approval responsibilities.

Multidisciplinary assurance

Process, structural, electrical and architectural review resources helped protect design progress and quality.

China Resources Cement alternative fuel co-processing retrofit case reference

A full-cycle multidisciplinary design case from conceptual design through final construction drawings.

Based on the existing conceptual design, SINOTECE carried out comprehensive optimization and upgrading of the production line process, plant-wide utility systems, and office and living facilities. The work covered construction drawing design across 14 engineering disciplines, including mechanical equipment, water supply and drainage, environmental protection, electrical engineering, architecture and structural engineering.

Full-cycle design

Design work extended from conceptual design to final construction drawings.

Process and utility optimization

Production process, plant-wide utilities and facility support systems were optimized together.

Fourteen disciplines

Mechanical, environmental, electrical, architectural and structural disciplines supported construction execution.

Chengde vanadium-titanium slag powder production line case reference

Slag powder production line

Chengde Bangxin Newly Built 1.8 Million Tons Per Year Vanadium-Titanium Slag Powder Production Line

A new ultra-fine vanadium-titanium slag powder production project planned as two 900,000 t/a lines.

The project covers approximately 30 mu and includes two ultra-fine vanadium-titanium slag powder production lines with an annual output of 900,000 tons each, resulting in a total annual output of 1.8 million tons. The newly built floor area is 7,585 square meters, covering production workshops, power distribution stations, electrical rooms, central control rooms, office facilities, welfare and living facilities. The two lines are planned in two phases, with this project as Phase I.

Two-line planning

Two 900,000 t/a ultra-fine slag powder lines form a total planned output of 1.8 million t/a.

Integrated plant facilities

Scope includes production, power distribution, electrical, control, office and welfare facilities.

Phased delivery

The total project is arranged in two phases, with Phase I forming the first implementation stage.

Jiangxi cement grinding line case reference

Cement grinding line

2 million t/a cement grinding line in Jiangxi

A modern cement grinding production line built on the former site of a demolished clinker production line.

The project built a modern cement grinding production line with a rated capacity of 270 t/h. Its scope covers the full process from clinker and raw material receiving to finished cement dispatch. By adapting and reusing existing facilities such as the original raw meal batching station and raw meal silos, the project supported rapid implementation and maximized use of existing resources.

Existing-site reuse

The line was built on the former clinker production line site with adaptive reuse of existing facilities.

Complete grinding process

Scope covers material receiving, grinding, cement storage and finished product dispatch.

Implementation efficiency

Reuse of batching and silo assets supported faster delivery and better resource utilization.
