Dryer for alternative fuel pretreatment

Belt Dryer

The belt dryer is used for drying in cement alternative fuel preparation, the wood-based panel industry, and solid waste treatment. It is suitable for reducing material moisture from 50% to 15%, with a drying capacity of 1–10 t/h.

Product features

  • Uses waste gas heat to dry wet materials, recovering exhaust gas that would otherwise be discharged.
  • Modular belt dryer design, suitable for production line expansion and drying different materials without major modification.
  • Adjustable air volume, material residence time, and feeding rate for better drying performance.
